What is Sourcewell Cooperative Purchasing?

Sourcewell is a not-for-profit, self-sustaining government entity that conducts publicly advertised, competitively solicited procurement processes in accordance with applicable public purchasing standards.

Contracts are awarded to suppliers whose proposals demonstrate the best overall value based on factors such as quality, capability, pricing, service, and alignment with the solicitation’s scope of solutions, following a transparent and compliant evaluation process.

Eligible agencies may be able to purchase from Sourcewell-awarded contracts to simplify procurement and support compliance—while avoiding the need to conduct a separate solicitation when allowed by their local policies.

Who Can Purchase Through This Contract?

Eligible Sourcewell members include:

• Cities, counties, and other local governments
• Public and private K–12 schools and higher education institutions
• Special districts and tribal governments
• Nonprofit organizations and other public agencies in the U.S. and Canada

Membership is free, with no minimum purchasing commitments.
